An excellent alpine hut to stop off at. Extremely nice service, quick service and delicious food. In addition, it is not far from the "Bergstation - Kreuzeck" and can be reached in a few minutes. We will definitely be back!

Very nice alpine hut, great view of the mountains. The service was very friendly, the food was served quickly and tasted great. Have already seen some alpine huts, but seldom ate as well as here! Big compliments to the Kreuzalm team, we'd love to come back.

The Kreuz Alm was our favorite again this year. Here you can get the world's best Kaiserschmarren 😋. The service is always very friendly, no matter how stressful it is. Especially now in times of Corona you still have a lot of extra work, but all requirements are met exactly.

Very nicely located mountain inn. We stopped with delicious homemade cakes and coffee. We were served very nicely and enjoyed the view. On a hike, I would like to stop here again and again.

If you want to experience Bavarian warmth, you should stop here. We visited the beer garden and although it was well attended, we were very well looked after. No long wait and the food and drinks are completely convincing. The price / performance ratio is really good. The physical well-being is well catered for.

All in all, a wonderful weekend on the Kreuzalm! The service is top and the hosts are very friendly and meet every request. The food was very good and the portions plentiful. The rooms with the alpine elements show a love for detail and live up to the name (picture from the Alpspitz room) :) Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very beautiful Alm with a wonderful view. The Kaiserschmarrn and the hot chocolate are delicious! The hygiene concept for Corona is also well developed. You are picked up at the entrance, the tables are far enough apart and are also disinfected after each guest. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

We celebrated our wedding on the Kreuzalm. It was perfect all round. The service is great, very attentive and warm. The view with a view of the Alpspitz is a dream, the food was delicious and the portions are huge. Always my pleasure :-)

Great service. Very good hygiene concept in times of corona. Great food offer. Everything freshly prepared. Fresh buttermilk and fruit buttermilk. Very tasty cakes. The Kaiserschmarren is delicious. There are also places to stay here. You sit inside, stay outside very comfortably with a wonderful view. A stop is worth it.

Truly a dream of nature, views, alpine experience, peace and relaxation! The hospitality is unique and warm, I've never experienced it before! The rooms are great, super modern and furnished with love. At night you can easily hear the cowbells when the window is open, you had a clear starry sky and you saw a falling star. Beautiful! It exceeded everything I imagined! The food (cake, dinner and breakfast) was very tasty, all special requests were catered for. We will definitely be back, because that is vacation and relaxation! Thank you, it was perfect!

If you are hiking this is a nice place to have your lunch. The views are amazing, service is very good, waiting time for food wwas very less and food was very delicious. We tried knodel dipped in melted butter and really loved the taste.

The most tasty and diverse food I've ever tried in mountain huts. Definitely worth visiting!

Very nice restaurant with a great beer garden. Great view of the Alpspitze. Family run, very friendly. The inn also has three to four rooms to book. Really nice here.

One of the waitress was very rude without a reason but all good other than that...

Usually, I am not a big fan of having lunch with table.service when I go skiing. However, I cannot recommend enough this restaurant. The wait was very short, the price more than reasonable and the staff was very nice and friendly. Certainly a place so would recommend.

Went there for white sausage breakfast and lunch today. The white sausages were delicious and the service was super friendly and nice. Even at noon the service was friendly and quick despite the enormous stress on Saturday noon. Food was delicious. I can only recommend the Kreuzalm.

The Kreuzalm is a wonderful restaurant with nice service and. great food. After the arduous hike out of the valley, one is happy if there is something decent to eat for the manageable thaler. Also on special requests and Questions are answered very nicely. The toilets are also very clean and the overall ambience of the restaurant is very nice.

Warm kitchen close at 16:00 pm 😥, after they served “only” soup (peasoup with sausage) and cakes, drinks...

Pasta could be fresh made, but it’s cooked long time ago. Everything else was great. Meat, shpetsle and buttermilh are good. Service is fast and friendly.

not serving food after a relatively very early hour of the afternoon & and generally unwelcoming if you're a tired foreigner who've just hiked up there. very stuck-up and bad hosts in general.

A nice place to get a drink or dessert but I must say that German food is not very good. We had the Weiner entree and the dumplings as a main dish. The entree was good but is basically two hotdogs with mustard. The main dish was not what we expected but happy to try local food, but it didn't taste very good. Others seemed to enjoy it, locals it seemed, but for all the food we have eaten German is definitely not one of our preferred. The apple studdle desert was great as is the location and the view plus there is a kids park attached that customers can use, a nice touch. Can't recommend the food but the beer, prices, service and atmosphere are great.

Nice seats outside though if it's busy service takes really long (over 15 mins for food in our case) so I would recommend coming here before 12 PM or after 1.30PM on busy days. Staff was a bit grumpy but I can understand that with those amounts of people, all asking for food and drinks. Great location, decent prices.

We were there dir Lunch, while skiing. The Service was nice, and The food good. I can recommend it, Just to find a free place can be difficult, If The weather is Bad.

We stopped at Kreuz Alm for lunch as an alternative to the Kreuzeck station restaurant. Place looked nice and quiet when we arrived. We had 2 salads and a strudel which were nice, though the salads were drowned in sauce.. Service was nice at first but the waitress got overwhelmed, slow and borderline rude when returning my change. Oh, and no WiFi. It is reserved for "guests" who stay overnight in the 2 (?) rooms upstairs. In a place where there is only 2G coverage, they need to adapt their service levels. And their staff to cope with volume at peak mid day time. So decent food but ample room to improve service.
